I am a tax writer and provide tax advisory services to individuals and corporations, including on permanent establishments, , double taxation treaties, transfer pricing, VAT and various EU tax directives.

I specialize in accounting for complex transactions, including revenue recognition (IFRS 15), leases (IFRS 16) and complex financial instruments (IFRS 9).

I also prepare accounts in US GAAP.

ABOUT ME

My name is Eva Wolosiuk and I am a Canadian Chartered Accountant and a US Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Maine.
I am an international tax specialist and hold an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) from The Chartered Institute of Taxation (UK). I am a graduate of the University of Toronto, Canada, with degrees in Finance and International Relations. 
 
I created annual reports for publicly listed companies in Canada and the UK and have a passion for clear, concise and error-free financial reporting . I am a business editor and a financial reporting specialist in North America and Europe, working in English and French. I am based in London, UK.
